Staff Vetting
Each member of PHS Recordsmanagement’s personnel has undergone rigorous security checks before gaining employment at our branches. Upon application for working with us, a full credit and previous employment check is undertaken for every individual. Along with CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) basic disclosure, an ID verification check and a National full “Right to Work” visa must be produced by the candidate. You can be assured that each member of our team complies with industry standards and legislation, giving you peace of mind.

GPS Tracking
All of our vehicles are fitted with GPS asset tracking. We know exactly where our vehicles are at any given time, giving our clients peace of mind when their critical documents are being transported. Whole areas and vehicle routes are geofenced and operations managers are alerted should a vehicle stray from its predefined route. This system allows us greater customer service, and quicker response to emergency file or box requests.
